Great football happens when everyone shows up on time, games are full, and everyone plays with respect. To help ensure this for every session, we're introducing a clear penalty system.

This system encourages three simple behaviours that make FC Urban brilliant for everyone:

• Show up when you book - so teams are full and balanced
• Turn up on time - so games start promptly
• Play with respect - so everyone enjoys the game safely

Why This Matters

When everyone arrives on time, shows up when they book, and plays with respect, everyone gets the full hour of great football they signed up for - with balanced teams and a safe, enjoyable atmosphere.

The Penalty Structure

FC Urban Masters may issue penalties for:

• Not Showing Up: -20 credits (plus you’ll forfeit your game credits)
  You booked a game but didn't attend and didn't cancel in advance
• Late cancelation: - 10 credits (plus you’ll forfeit your game credits)
  You cancel your spot less than 10 hours before kickoff
• Arriving Late: -10 credits
  Arriving 10+ minutes after the scheduled kick-off time
• Bad behaviour: -30 credits
  Bad Behaviour like: Verbal abuse, physical aggression, repeated unsporting behaviour, disrespect towards players or the Master

Important:

• First behavioural incidents typically receive a warning (no credit deduction)
• Repeated issues result in credit deductions
• Serious incidents may result in suspension

What Happens If You Receive a Penalty

1. You may be notified either on the pitch or directly in the app.
2. You'll receive an in-app notification once the session is finalised
3. You'll get an email explaining the penalty
4. The penalty appears in your credit history (My Games → View My History)
5. You can appeal eligible penalties through your account.

How to Avoid Penalties (It's Easy!)

• Arrive at the pitch 10 minutes before kick-off and ready to start on time
• Cancel more than 10 hours before kick off if you can’t make it
• Play with respect - this is social football for everyone
