FC Urban is introducing a clear penalty system to help keep games full, on time, and enjoyable for everyone. The system encourages players to show up when they book, arrive on time, and play with respect. Penalties may apply for no-shows, late cancellations, arriving late, or bad behaviour. The goal is simple: balanced teams, full sessions, and a safe, high-quality football experience every time you play.

Starting 5th of January 2026, we're simplifying how credits work. Credits will refresh every four weeks and won't roll over. Plus, we're introducing full transaction history so you always know where your credits are going.
